📦 RETURNS 

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase at ModernExp. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• Certain items such as safety gear, workwear, and consumables may not be eligible for return if used or opened

💳 REFUNDS 

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
• If the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, a full refund or replacement will be provided
